In this gentle class you will learn how to:

  • Embrace your emotions and sensations

  • Honor the healthy limitations of your body

  • Gently release trapped trauma energy.

This class is open to both nurses and the general public. The two hour class will be held on a Zoom Session. You will receive more information and the Zoom link after your register.
